Social Innovation
People are the cornerstone of our activity. At Happee Services, we are committed to respecting freedom of association and collective bargaining rights, eliminating all forms of employment discrimination, and providing a safe and pleasant working environment. We are also a member of the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), demonstrating our commitment to upholding human and labor rights.
Pleasant Workspaces
We strive to ensure the best working conditions for our employees. Our buildings are regularly renovated: in July 2019, the Enygea Group headquarters moved to a friendly, environmentally respectful space with areas dedicated to training. Similarly, the Happee Services office in Drancy was fully refurbished in 2019, and a new logistics warehouse meeting RT2012 standards was built in Verberie (near Compiègne), providing larger storage areas and reducing risks during material handling.
Safety at the Core of Our Priorities
All employees are provided with personal protective equipment (PPE) suited to their role and the season. As health and safety is everyone’s responsibility, the company regularly offers first-aid and defibrillator training.
We have a dedicated Health, Safety & Training Manager, responsible for:
-
Developing risk assessment documents
-
Analyzing workplace accidents
-
Calculating severity and frequency rates
-
Defining action plans to improve safety and hygiene
He also conducts internal training on protocols, hygiene, and safety for all operational staff, and ensures the mandatory induction and training of every new employee.
"Safety is effective when it is integrated daily into all practices. This requires constant vigilance from all employees and those around them."
— Dominique Arondel, Head of Health, Safety & Prevention
Personalized Support for Our Employees
To ensure that each employee can grow sustainably in their role, Happee Services conducts annual professional review campaigns for all staff. Training plans are established and monitored, both to help employees develop skills in their current roles and to give them opportunities to move into new positions. Internal mobility is actively encouraged by the HR department, which posts all available positions on our internal social network (Steeple).
We have also implemented a referral system with the goal of discovering 20 talents in 2023—and we exceeded expectations with 22 successful referrals.
Every internal application is reviewed as a priority, and a training plan supports the employee in their new role. For the continuous development of our commercial, administrative, and support staff, the Group has adopted a learning company approach, creating an internal Pee Academy. This academy provides training and experience sharing tailored to internal career paths, improvement goals, and client needs.
Objective: cultivate a commercial, advisory, and quality-driven ethic.
Additionally, Enygea offers a free social worker service to support employees facing personal difficulties.
Our Anti-Discrimination Policy
Promoting gender equality is a cultural commitment. The Enygea Group has long demonstrated awareness and action in this area. We ensure equal opportunities from recruitment through career development, including access to training and mobility.
Beyond combating discrimination, the Group actively develops diversity. Our social responsibility commitment is reflected in the recent publication of gender equity indicators. We see diversity not as a constraint but as an opportunity—enhancing personal growth and economic performance. Women’s roles are naturally integrated into our corporate culture, contributing to innovation, understanding of needs, and access to new markets.
To embody and uphold these values, we regularly train and support employee representatives for the prevention of discrimination and all forms of harassment. This ensures that every employee can fully participate and thrive within the Group.
