Accept or refuse cookies

2. You can deactivate cookies by following the instructions below:
   • if you are using Internet Explorer
     1. In Internet Explorer, click on the Tools button, then on Internet Options.
     2. On the General tab, under Browsing History, click on Settings.
     3. Click on the View files button.
     4. Click on the Name column header to sort all files alphabetically, then scroll down the list until you see files starting with “Cookie”. (all cookies have this prefix and usually contain the name of the website that created the cookie).
     5. Select the cookie(s) containing the name “HAPPEE SERVICES” and delete it/them.
        Close the window containing the list of files, then double-click OK to return to Internet Explorer.
   • if you are using Firefox
     1. Go to the “Tools” tab on your browser, then select the “Options” menu
     2. In the window that appears, select “Privacy” and click on “View cookies”
     3. Locate the files containing the name “HAPPEE SERVICES”. Select and delete them.
   • if you use the Safari browser
     1. In your browser, select the > Edit Preferences menu.
     2. Click on Security.
     3. Click on Display cookies.
     4. Select the cookies containing the name “HAPPEE SERVICES” and click on Delete or Delete All.
     5. Once you have deleted the cookies, click Done.
   • if you use the Google Chrome browser
     1. Click on the Tools menu icon.
     2. Select Options.
     3. Click on the Advanced Options tab and go to the “Privacy” section.
     4. Click on the “View cookies” button.
     5. Locate the files containing the name “HAPPEE SERVICES”. Select and delete them.
     6. Click “Close” to return to your browser.
3. Setting parameters on a cookie management platform
