Creating Value in the Local Territory

The Enygea Group, to which Happee Services belongs, is an independent French company committed to expanding its operations nationwide. Enygea currently operates around 100 agencies and depots across France—including WC Loc, Waterlab Services, Bases Clean, Moov&Cook, and Swittec—and employs approximately 900 people.

Supporting Made in France production

Thanks to our integrated manufacturer, Swittec, based in Hauts-de-France, we take pride in producing some of our equipment locally, including dry toilets, hand-washing stations, and urinals. We also regularly source French-made products, supporting local startups such as Madame Pee, Lapee, Ecosec, and Toopi Organics. Even our consumables reflect this commitment: for example, the wood chips used in our litter-based dry toilets come from Normandy.

Supporting the professional growth of our employees

Enygea actively fosters internal career development. Our job creation policy is dynamic, prioritizing local recruitment near our agencies and leveraging regional employment channels.

For example, in 2020, 50% of Happee Services’ staff in Drancy were residents of Seine-Saint-Denis (93), close to the agency, rising to 77% during peak activity periods thanks to temporary staff.

Certain roles are also open to individuals who face barriers to employment, and we provide opportunities through internal training programs.

To encourage internal mobility, all job openings are posted on our internal social network, Steeple, and we have implemented a referral system—in 2024, this led to 11 successful referrals within the group. We actively support promotions and internal moves, giving everyone the chance to grow and take on new challenges.

Happee Services ensures that 100% of employees complete their mandatory training. Our integrated training school has hosted three PEE Academy sessions, training 122 participants, and now includes three dedicated trainers within the group.

Beyond fighting discrimination, Happee Services promotes diversity and inclusion. In 2024, we achieved excellent results across workplace equality indicators: 93/100 on the gender equality index, 20/20 for pay gap reduction between women and men, 15/15 for promotions, and 15/15 for employees receiving raises

“Enygea is committed to the growth and well-being of each of its employees. To support this, we maintain an active community through our internal social network, providing everyone with access to information, internal mobility opportunities, and a space for expression and connection. We also believe that professional life balance is inseparable from personal well-being, which is why we offer social worker support to all staff. Finally, aware of our responsibility to contribute to the social and solidarity economy, we have established a partnership with ESAT Léopold Bellan.”
