- Assessment: Our sales team is on hand to help you determine the ideal sanitary configuration for your event — whether it’s a wedding, fashion show, trade show, or high-attendance sporting event. They can advise on the number of 20′ Privilege Sanitary Caravans required based on your expected footfall, accompany you on a site visit, and help design an optimal layout plan that complements the prestige of your venue.
- Delivery and commissioning: Our driver-installers deliver the caravan according to your logistical requirements, identified in advance by our Operations team. Our fleet is equipped to access all types of terrain. On arrival, our technician ensures precise levelling of the unit, connects it to your water and sewage networks (if required) or configures it for fully self-contained operation, and runs a full check of the vacuum flush system, hand-washing stations, and all interior fittings to confirm everything is event-ready.
- Maintenance: Our teams provide a tailored maintenance service throughout your event, including cleaning of all 8 toilet and urinal stations, disinfection of surfaces and wood-effect interiors, waste emptying via the vacuum system, technical upkeep of the low-water-consumption flush mechanism, graffiti removal, and restocking of consumables (soap, paper, etc.) to maintain the VIP standard your guests expect.
- On-site support: To ensure a seamless experience for your guests, we can provide dedicated on-site technical and/or cleaning staff, fully trained on the 20′ Privilege Caravan. They monitor cleanliness across both the female and male sides, ensure the vacuum system and all equipment remain fully operational, and uphold the high-end presentation expected at prestigious events — throughout the entire duration of your event.
- Collection: Once your event concludes, our team handles the full removal of the caravan, carrying out a thorough final clean and disinfection of all facilities, and managing the collection and proper disposal of all waste in line with environmental best practices.
