CONSULTATION:
Our sales team listens to your needs to determine the sanitary solutions best suited to your event. They can also support you during a technical site visit and help design a layout plan for your sanitary area.
DELIVERY & COMMISSIONING:
Our driver-installers deliver equipment according to your logistical requirements, assessed in advance by our Operations team. Our fleet is adapted to all types of terrain. During installation, the team also ensures proper leveling and performs functionality tests.
MAINTENANCE:
Our teams provide tailored maintenance services for your sanitary units, including cleaning, unblocking, disinfection, waste emptying, technical servicing, and replenishment of consumables.
ON-SITE SUPPORT:
To help you enjoy your event worry-free, we provide a dedicated team of technical and/or cleaning staff, fully trained on our equipment. They ensure that all sanitary facilities remain clean and fully operational throughout your event.
COLLECTION & REMOVAL:
Our team handles the removal of units, performs final cleaning and disinfection, and collects all waste. Ongoing tests are being conducted to valorise the collected urine as a natural fertilizer for agricultural use.

PRESERVING WATER RESOURCES
To reduce water consumption—and therefore the volume of waste generated—we have developed an innovative range of low-water or water-free sanitary units (vacuum technology, waterless urinals, dry toilet cabins and modules, caravans, etc.).
MANAGING AND VALUING WASTE
To support ecosystem preservation, we have implemented an internal waste valorisation process. This applies to both our equipment and the effluents collected during our service rounds.
Since 2020, HAPPEE Services has partnered with the start-up TOOPI, which has developed a process for turning collected urine into organic fertilizer.
MAINTAINING OUR EQUIPMENT FLEET
To extend the lifespan of our units, we service and refurbish them in-house following strict procedures that meet our quality standards. We also prioritise recyclable equipment and refurbish certain units to give them a second life.
USING ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY SANITARY PRODUCTS
All consumables used in our operations (toilet paper, soap, cleaning products, etc.) are selected according to strict environmental criteria. For example, our toilet paper is made from recycled milk cartons and requires no chemicals during manufacturing.
REDUCING CO₂ EMISSIONS
We are committed to minimising greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in our daily operations. As our work involves frequent travel, we ensure that our vehicle fleet is as eco-friendly as possible. Since 2019, all new vehicle investments have been low-emission models (CNG or hybrid). We also strive to reduce mileage by optimising our service routes using a dedicated internal software system.
