Services

Assessment: Our sales team is at your disposal to determine the sanitary setup best suited to your event. They can also assist with a technical site survey and help design the layout of your sanitary area.
Delivery & Setup: Our driver-installers deliver the equipment according to your logistical requirements, identified in advance by our Operations team. Our fleet can handle all types of terrain. During installation, the installer also performs leveling and tests to ensure the equipment is fully operational.
Maintenance: Our teams provide a personalized maintenance service for our sanitary units, including cleaning, de-greasing, disinfection, waste tank emptying, technical maintenance, and restocking of consumables.

On-Site Support: To let you enjoy your event worry-free, we provide a team of on-site technical and/or cleaning staff, fully trained and experienced with our equipment. They ensure your sanitary units remain clean and fully operational throughout the event.
Collection: Our team handles the removal of the equipment, final cleaning, disinfection, and waste collection. Current tests are underway to recycle the collected urine into natural fertilizer for agriculture.

PRESERVE WATER RESOURCES

To reduce water consumption—and consequently the volume of wastewater generated—we have developed an innovative range of sanitary equipment that uses very little water (vacuum technology), or even none at all (waterless urinals, dry toilets and modules, mobile caravans, etc.).

MANAGE AND RECYCLE WASTE

To help protect ecosystems, we have implemented a waste transformation process within our company. This applies both to our equipment and to the effluents collected during our service rounds.

Since 2020, Happee Services has partnered with the start-up TOOPI, which has created a system for recycling urine into organic fertilizer.

MAINTAIN OUR EQUIPMENT FLEET

To extend the lifespan of our equipment, we carry out internal maintenance and renovations according to strict procedures that meet our quality standards. We also prioritize the purchase of recyclable equipment and transform certain items to give them a second life.

Use Environmentally Friendly Sanitary Products

All consumables used in our activities—such as toilet paper, soap, and cleaning products—are selected according to strict environmental criteria. For example, our toilet paper is made from recycled milk cartons and is manufactured without any chemical additives.

Reduce CO₂ Emissions

We are committed to reducing our greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions on a daily basis. Given the many journeys involved in our work, we ensure our vehicle fleet is as clean as possible. Since 2019, all new vehicle investments have been in decarbonized models (CNG or hybrid). We also minimize mileage by optimizing our routes using a dedicated internal software.
