• Assessment: Our sales team is on hand to help you determine the sanitary infrastructure best suited to your event, including whether a Vacuum-Operated Control Unit is required to manage the flow across your sanitary area. They can advise on the number of units needed based on your toilet count (up to 30 toilets per unit), accompany you on a site visit, and help create a layout plan for your sanitary area, including the optimal positioning of the control unit.
• Delivery and commissioning: Our driver-installers deliver the unit by truck according to your logistical requirements, identified in advance by our Operations team. Our fleet can access all types of terrain. During installation, our technician ensures correct connection to your water supply (3.5 bar – 4 m³/hour) and power supply (380 V / 32 A), and tests the full vacuum system across all connected toilets to confirm all equipment is fully operational.

• Maintenance: Our teams provide a personalised maintenance service for the vacuum system and all connected sanitary units, including cleaning, graffiti removal, disinfection, waste emptying, technical maintenance of the vacuum station and its components, and restocking of consumables.
• On-site support: To ensure you can enjoy your event with complete peace of mind, we provide a team of on-site technical and/or cleaning staff who are fully trained and familiar with our vacuum equipment. They monitor the control unit throughout your event to guarantee consistent water flow and fully operational sanitary units throughout your event.
• Collection: Our team takes care of removing the unit, performing final cleaning and disinfection, and collecting all waste.
