Services

CONSULTATION

Our sales team listens to your needs and recommends the sanitary equipment best suited to your event, location, and budget.

DELIVERY & COLLECTION

Our teams handle the safe delivery and collection of all equipment.

INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING

We position your units at the desired location and take care of all necessary details so that they are fully operational without any action required on your part.

WASTE MANAGEMENT

In compliance with environmental regulations, we process waste at nearby treatment centres that provide full traceability.

CLEANING, DISINFECTION & EMPTYING

We perform services according to a schedule agreed with the client or based on data from our connected monitoring system, to clean, disinfect, and replenish consumables. In most urban areas, emptying is carried out daily.

Environmental Benefits

PRESERVING WATER RESOURCES

To reduce water consumption—and consequently the volume of waste produced—we have developed an innovative range of sanitary equipment that is ultra-low water use (vacuum technology) or even completely water-free (waterless urinals, dry toilet cabins and modules, caravans, etc.).

WASTE MANAGEMENT & RECOVERY

To support ecosystem preservation, we have implemented an internal waste valorisation process. This applies both to our equipment and to the effluents collected during our service rounds.

Since 2020, HAPPEE Services has partnered with the start-up TOOPI, which has developed a system to convert collected urine into organic fertiliser.

MAINTAINING OUR EQUIPMENT FLEET

To extend the lifespan of our units, we service and refurbish them in-house, following strict procedures that meet our quality standards. We also prioritise recyclable equipment and refurbish certain units to give them a second life.

USING ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY SANITARY PRODUCTS

All consumables used in our operations (toilet paper, soap, cleaning products, etc.) are selected according to strict environmental criteria. For example, our toilet paper is made from recycled milk cartons and requires no chemical treatment during production.

REDUCING CO₂ EMISSIONS

We are committed to minimising greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. As our work involves frequent travel, we ensure our vehicle fleet is as clean as possible. Since 2019, all new vehicle investments have been low-emission models (CNG or hybrid). We also optimise our routes to reduce mileage using dedicated internal software.
