Happee Services is committed to gender equality

At Happee Services, an Enygea Group brand, we believe that gender equality also means access to gender-appropriate and inclusive sanitary facilities. As experts in mobile hygiene solutions, we work with event organisers to promote inclusive sanitary areas for the general public.

Happee Services committed to gender equality

Beyond the figures, our commitment is reflected in concrete initiatives. While we work every day alongside event organisers to develop women-oriented and inclusive solutions to serve gender equality, we remain attentive to user comfort at events. Every day, we offer innovative mixed-gender hygiene solutions.

We take into account, for example, the differences in time spent in queues, and waiting for cleaning between men and women, to define the appropriate number of toilets and frequency of maintenance at events. That’s why we’ve included in our range the Female Urinal designed by madamePee, designed by a woman for women: these innovative urinals allow for a very rapid pass-through thanks to their squat-friendly bowl, hinged doors and hygienic ergonomics. We’ve also integrated LAPEEs to enable women to pee quickly, safely and hygienically (contactless) at events and festivals.

 

Tangible results that demonstrate our commitment

Happee Services’ and the Enygea Group’s commitment to equality is reflected in the development of our workplace gender equality index:

  • 2022 : 92/100
  • 2023 : 93/100
  • 2024 : 93/100

This maintained excellent score reaffirms our ongoing efforts to ensure pay equity and equal opportunities for men and women. We are continuing our efforts to go even further in terms of inclusion and diversity, by adapting our services to the realities in the field.

How is the index calculated?

The gender equality index is based on several key criteria:

  • The gender pay gap by socio-professional category;
  • The gap in pay rises between men and women;
  • The gap in promotion rates between men and women;
  • The percentage of employees receiving a salary increase in the year following their return from maternity leave;
  • The number of female employees in the top 10 highest earners.

These indicators enable us to identify areas for improvement and take concrete action to ensure sustainable gender equality.
