While we work every day alongside event organisers to develop women-oriented and inclusive solutions to serve gender equality, we remain attentive to user comfort at events. Every day, we offer innovative mixed-gender hygiene solutions.<\/p>\n

We take into account, for example, the differences in time spent in queues, and waiting for cleaning between men and women, to define the appropriate number of toilets and frequency of maintenance at events. That\u2019s why we\u2019ve included in our range the Female Urinal<\/a> designed by madamePee, designed by a woman for women: these innovative urinals allow for a very rapid pass-through thanks to their squat-friendly bowl, hinged doors and hygienic ergonomics. We\u2019ve also integrated LAPEEs<\/a> to enable women to pee quickly, safely and hygienically (contactless) at events and festivals.<\/p>\n

    The gender equality index is based on several key criteria:<\/p>\n

    • The gap in pay rises<\/strong> between men and women;<\/li>\n
    • The gap in promotion rates<\/strong> between men and women;<\/li>\n
    • The percentage of employees receiving a salary increase<\/strong> in the year following their return from maternity leave;<\/li>\n
    • The number of female employees<\/strong> in the top 10 highest earners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
